The auto responder email template formatting seems to have been converted to plain text.

    8) I have set up an autoresponder after a response from an earlier ticket. I have used the text editor in HTML mode to insert all of the text from the form...but then it appears  to convert to plain text. Can you advise whether this autoresponder can send with desired formatting?

    Hi,

    Yes, the body of autoresponder email can be modified as plain text and as HTML.

    The reason why you see it in plain text is because switch to plain text button was clicked on:

    What you should do is either create a new autoresponder and leave its body as a HTML, or switch back to HTML version and edit it again.
