I have a question regarding our form.
My customer filled a form build with Jotform and made a payment with Paypal.
It seems this customer had some troubles with Paypal and couldn't finish the payment process sucessfully.And we have received the form with blank information.
Fortunately, we have found the customer information in 'View Submission'
but I just wonder if we received the black form because there was a problem in the Paypal payment process?

Generally when there is an issue with incomplete PayPal payments, the full details of the submission are still gathered. They are just placed under the "Incomplete Submissions" tab in the submission view:
The form being completely blank but bypassing the incomplete payments section makes me there was an issue submitting the form on the users end as well. It seems as though none of the data was passed.
