Unable to receive autoresponder email

    When a customer fills out the form and we reply via email, the customer says they see no reply even in their junk and spam folders. It's happening at an alarming rate and this has serious negative impact on my business and I would like someone to call me asap about this matter please. Otherwise I'll need to cancel with jotform immediately. I should also mention that when we reply via email OUTSIDE of jotform this problem doesn't happen. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I'm unable to find any form in your account. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
