Why don't the drop downs work on mobile?

    I'm very impressed with the new updates to functionality!

    I've checked the 'mobile responsive' box, but in testing on an iphone 5S, the drop down menus on my forms don't work at all - they just do nothing - no options appear.

     

    Why is this and is there a way around it?

    Hi,

    I tested the form on your website and the drop downs were not working as expected.  When I tried the standalone form however, the drop downs worked without issue.  I noticed you used the Javascript method to embed your form to your website.  Occasionally this leaves your form open to interactions with scripts and CSS already running within your website.  This may be causing the drop downs to work differently.

    I would recommend using the iFrame embed method:

    This should insulate your form from the rest of you page and allow it to function as it does on its own.  If the drop down menus still do not work on mobile after this change, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
