I made the mistake of creating two new forms on what must have been bad day for jotform - yesterday.

I have three forms in all. Now when people fill out the two new forms my e-mail notifications show the questions from my original form with the answers from the new forms. That's pretty strange if you ask me...It looks OK on the website and also in dropbox. What gives? Should I just wait for this to sort itself out? I also have a persistent notification of a new form on my original from that just won't go away even when I delete all the forms...

Carol, the best advice I can give you is to delete all of the problem notifications (Setup & Embed tab > Email Alerts > Notification > Delete E-mail) in the new forms and replace them with new ones (Email Alerts > Add New Email) but before deleting the current notifications, copy and/or take note of any information they contain that you want to reuse in the new notifications: recipient email addresses, subject lines, extra tags that would not normally be generated by the form builder (like customized date tags) and so on.

    Remember to save your changes.

This procedure should clear up the problem but if it doesn't, please let us know.

    Thanks.
