my forms are gone!

The links to the forms still function, but I'm not able to see them in 'my forms' to make changes and edits. 

This is a critical time for us, how do we resolve!

Forms 43377806282158 and 43376427542155? are under a guest account. When you created them you were probably not properly logged in to your account. I searched the IP address to see if I could connect them with the OVSCreatetheGood, but it was not possible. As they don't have any submission the best way is to clone them into your account, and if they are embed on a website it is necessary to embed them again.
