Every time I click on the change credit card button nothing happens.

Hi,
You may need to temporarily downgrade your account back to "Free" to cancel the current subscription, then upgrade afterwards with your new card.
Click on your account Settings
Go the BILLING section . It will show you what is your current plan, so in order to downgrade to the Free Plan , click on the Free Starter Section and click on swith plan
Then click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
After that, upgrade your account back to the plan you desire with your new card.
You will not have any interruptions in service as we allow a couple days after a downgrade before we take any action on accounts.
