How many payment submissions and secure ssl submissions are included with the premium plan?

The only plan that differentiates between types of submissions is our "Free" plan.  All other plans work on a total of all submissions.  For example, "Premium" accounts can receive 1000 total submissions.  They could be 1000 SSL, 1000 payment or 1000 regular if you would like, there is no difference after you upgrade.  With all packages except for "Free", you simply get a total number of submissions.
