Is there are place where files sent through File Upload fields are saved?

Hi,

   When users fill out a form and upload files is there a place where those files are saved? if so, how can I access that folder containing the files being sent from the user to me?

Hi,

Files sent through file upload fields of a form are saved to our servers. There's no such specialized location where you can access those, all you need to do is to view your form submissions page and download the files there individually. To view form submissions page:

a. Go to My Forms

b. Select the form

c. Click "Submissions" button from the toolbar

If you want to download all files at once, you can do that by using our File Download App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader. You can find the instructions on how to use this in the description section.
