    Hi,

I've checked your account and I didn't see any issue about your submissions. Also, I have checked your site and I found that the form you used is from the other provider, if you have any problem about the form you used, we cannot give you a support, please contact your provider if you get an issue.

    Thanks.

I was unable to find an account related to the email address: jw@talesofthewilderwood.com. Did you register an account when you created your form? Please note that the free 100 monthly submission limit applies to registered users. If you were using a guest account then the monthly submission limit is 20. You can also find more details about our plans here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

Could you please provide the URL of your form? Or the email address that you used to register your account in case you have used a different email address? This information will allows to further investigate this issue.

    Thank you.
