I've checked your account and I didn't see any issue about your submissions. Also, I have checked your site and I found that the form you used is from the other provider, if you have any problem about the form you used, we cannot give you a support, please contact your provider if you get an issue.

I was unable to find an account related to the email address: email@example.com. Did you register an account when you created your form? Please note that the free 100 monthly submission limit applies to registered users. If you were using a guest account then the monthly submission limit is 20. Could you please provide the URL of your form? Or the email address that you used to register your account in case you have used a different email address? This information will allows to further investigate this issue.
