Upload function not working with iPad

I have included several document upload buttons in my form. Testing them now, I'm finding they work fine in every device tested (so far) except for iPad Air. The iPad seems to think it's only for photos, because on click it only gives me the option of choosing photo or taking a photo. Nothing in iPad settings to addrsss this. Any ideas? 

In fact, I'm writing this now on iPad and getting same response on your upload button below.

Fyi, i'm using one of your custom templates, but not the "mobile" or responsive template.

Thanks Shadae, but that did not work. Stumbled across this thread couple years ago that says Jotform upload function does not work with iPhone/iPad. Oh well, I'll just use an email link and lots of instructions.
