    How long does it take to get the extra submissions added to an account?

    How long does it take to get the extra submissions from the 'Increase Your Submission Limits Permanently' offer because I sent in an email address under 'invite a friend' about a month ago and the ten submissions per month have not shown up?

    Hi Richard,

    It will only usually takes just few hours before the extra submissions get credited because we do manual review also.

    But since you were saying that this was already a month ago, something must have gone wrong and we did not get your invite friends request on the Get More feature.

    I recommend retrying again using the 'Invite Friends' option in the Get More submissions feature and we will check on it immediately. Please make sure you are logged in to your JotForm account when doing the process.

    I also would like to recommend changing your jotform account/username

    from Heather Walk   to something else without space char in between the username.

    The space character on usernames can cause issue with the account.

    Please take note also, that changing the username can cause issue if you are using custom URL names of the forms.

    because when using custom URL of the form, it uses the account/username on the form URL also. If the username is changed, it will break all existing custom URL form name. And there will be a need to modify each one to use the new username created.
