how to get a PDF of the entire document (signed)

Hello, I have checked the FAQ as well as the forum and can't seem to find the answer. 

I use jot form to send my contract to clients to digitally sign. I receive the submission and I understand I can convert the submission to a PDF. However, what I would like to do is be able to send the client a copy of their signed contract (so the form + the signature). Is there a way to go about doing this?
