Is there some reason I can't access my form now that I've downgraded?

    I did check your account "arcticorganics" and it is in good shape currently. You also seems to have upgraded your account as well and you should not have any trouble in accessing your forms.

    Are you not able to sign in to your account or you do not see your forms? You may also like to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
