Show hide fields based on the selection of product custom property options.

In the purchase order widget we have the possibilities to add custom options.

The options for my products are as follows: Qty, Size (S,M,L,XL), color(red green black and so on), custom name on the back (yes no).

For custom name i enabled special pricing. E.g. +5$. Now the question: 

When custom name is set to "yes" it would be great if there is a additional field where the customer can type in his name. I solved this in the moment with a additional under the widget, but it would be great to have this field in the widget, per product..... 

Any Ideas?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

Do you mean to say that you dynamically want to show a text box every time a product's option is selected. I do not think it is possible but we would like to have more clarity on your requirement. It is not possible to add conditions to read the selected value of product option other thank quantity.

I also tried to check your few last edited form but could not find where you have added the additional field after the payment question. 

Do let us know your question a bit more in detail and we will try to find out if there is any posibility.

And yes, I want to show a textbox when the option  name on back is selected with yes..... but obvious this is not possible :_(

Unfortunately it is not possible to show dynamic text box or trigger conditions on click or selection of "Custom Property"options of products.
