How can I setup an email auto response to person submitting my form? Basically an auto confirm.

    Do? I need to have a new box with email in the form?

    Hello CBOT,

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

    You will have to actually add a "Form Autoresponder" in your form which will send submission emails to the person who submitted your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
