Can a form accept Ref Tracking Codes.

You need to find out if they can accept Ref Tracking codes

eg

3GB will pass http://form.jotform.com/form/11781815331?ref=3GVision

We can pass first name, lastname, Customer File number etc.

All you have to find out is can they pass that into the email that it generates and that way you can track who completed the form
