    Hi,

We are software development company, we have subscribed to jotform with intention to streamline all the forms on our existing websites and manage them centrally.

Critical problem we are facing after migration of first from is We are not able to find out lead source of Goal Conversion.

I have followed server links in forum & included submit.jotform.me & other Domain in Google Analytic Referral Exclusion list, but things haven't worked.

Based on documentation from Google Analytics they want sites to use  Universal Analytics code.

    Referral exclusions

This feature is only available for properties using Universal Analytics. Learn how to set up Universal Analytics or upgrade from Classic Analytics to Universal Analytics.

On my website http://www.iipvapi.com i'm using this latest code which has analytics.js how ever jotform google analytic integration code is based on old ga.js script.

Probably this is a reason when page is redirected back to our website it not no able to exclude source and continue analytics session.  All goals are coming as referral jotform.com

Request you to help us solve this matter on high priority. We have paid campaign and we are not able to identify any effectiveness.

    For websites

The analytics.js JavaScript library is built on Universal Analytics technology. If you’re using a tracking code snippet on your website that references analytics.js, you’re using Universal Analytics.

If you’re using any other library, like ga.js, you’re using a Classic Analytics tracking technology, and should upgrade your tracking code (if you also have a Universal Analytics property). Visit the Universal Analytics Upgrade CenterUpgrade Guide and Tagging Reference on the Web Upgrade from ga.js to analytics.js for more information

    Hi,

I've been using this method (excluding Jotform's submit domain) for quite some time now and I haven't experienced any issues with it.

But I browsed our forum and found one solution that might fix this. In your form's Thank You URL settings, add "?utm_nooverride=1" so it becomes:

    http://iipvapi.com/thanks.html?_nooverride=1

Still, add the submit domain to your referral exclusions list.

Please try it and let us know of the result.

    Thanks

We understand that you were previously looking for a way to use google analytics to your advantage for a smoother more streamlined use of form-based statistics.

Anyhow, I wanted to let you know with this update that we now have a native feature which was just released to day for this called Form Analytics which I believe you may find rather useful.

Feel free to read up on it in our blog here http://www.jotform.com/blog/150-Introducing-Form-Analytics and give a testdrive here http://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/
