Stripe's recurring payment is not working correctly

    Hi we set up a subscription payment for  one of our forms $45 per month and its not taking the second months payment can you tell me what I am doing wrong... I noticed under options I saw a box for default does this need to be ticked to automatically keep taking the payment or am I doing something wrong


    If you can see my form it for $45 admin and maintenance fee... Thanks for your help Chris

    I cloned your form for testing purposes and using Stripe's testing environment.
    And I see the subscriptions are created correctly and are recurrent.

    Are you able to see the date for the next invoice for your subscribers? Is this happening with all of them or just one in particular? From Jotform's side, I see that your form is configured correctly and is working as expected.
    Also, please note that subscription payments are actually handled on Stripe's side. In other words, what JotForm does is it creates the subscription for you and then add subscribers accordingly when the form is submitted. So, you may need to check with Stripe's support about this issue.
