Please confirm my upgrade

    My account was upgraded on 12/20/14 yet I received an email today 12/22 informing me that I had reached my quota and needed to upgrade my account. This is STRESSING me out beacuse we have a lot of registrations coming in. Please look into this ASAP and confirm that my account is upgraded.

    Unfortunately at the moment of your upgrade you were not logged in to your account so it didn't reflect on the account plan change. I corrected the situation and your account rsesan  has now a Premium monthly plan active. If you need further support or clarification please let us know as we are here to help.
