Use the diagram attached on form

    Using a very classic question format in sociology / psychology etc.

    Greetings,

    I love the solution and I’ve been recommending it to my peers and colleagues.

    A few days ago, one of them expressed the need to do the diagram attached. It is pretty classic in her space. I just couldn’t get a way to make it.

    Any idea on how to get this result? It would be fantastic to have this widget, I’ve seen it used quite often.

    Here's the illustration.

    The goal is to ask the participant to evaluate whether they are more to the left side of the right side of two opinions, habits etc.

    As they select a circle, they indicate where they lean towards.

    Ideally, each circle could collect a number from 1 to 7, which in the end, would help understand the profile of the individual.

    I don't really have a form, because I don't think the feature exists.

    None of them worked the way I need. I added comments about it.
