Wordpress: Conditions and calculations are not working.

On one of my event forms I had a user that was able to submit the form without the conditionals correctly functioning on the page. The user reported that none of default values loaded, total did not calculate, and arrows to manipulate the spin box values were not present. Upon submitting the form they taken directly to the confirmation page, skipping paypal.

I was able to re-create the problem in Safari the very first time the page was loaded. The form loaded, but none of the values populated, spin boxes were missing arrows, and none of the conditionals functioned. Subsequent page loads did not have any issues. Tested with Firefox without issues.

Is this a page issue, hosting issue or jotform issue ??

    Thanks!

     Edit:

After more testing it appears the first time the page is loaded into the browser. If the page is cached and refreshed everything loads properly.

I think I may have found the fix using the IFrame embed vice a straight Javascript embed in Wordpress. The page loads properly and all the conditionals work in Firefox, Safari and mobile Safari.

I didn't see a way to pull a post, but hopefully someone else will find this useful.

    Hello DSAHamptonRoads,

I am glad to know that embedding your form with iFrame embed code resolved your issue.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
