Submission emails not being received.Asked by Tamara Oostdam on December 23, 2014 at 01:25 AM
Hi I sent an email earlier I have tried to see if we could work the problem out this end with our web host but can not.
We are not receiving booking emails there are definitely bookings being made as clients are calling us wanting to know why they have not heard back form us in regard to confirming their bookings.
The server company we use to host our web page has put it down to
The page is the book now page that is not working, we are still getting emails in from the contact us form. hope this is an easy solve, being the busiest time of the year for us we are concerned about it.
It seems I have already responded to you on the following thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/481083-not-receiving-my-booking-emails#1
That thread is not visible to me to get the answer please email me to email@example.com
Okay I will copy and paste the content here:
I did check both the form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It seems to be configured correctly and you should not have any issue in receiving submission emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I did check our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please take a look at few logs mentioned below:
