Hi I sent an email earlier I have tried to see if we could work the problem out this end with our web host but can not.
We are not receiving booking emails there are definitely bookings being made as clients are calling us wanting to know why they have not heard back form us in regard to confirming their bookings.
The server company we use to host our web page has put it down to
The page is the book now page that is not working, we are still getting emails in from the contact us form. hope this is an easy solve, being the busiest time of the year for us we are concerned about it.

I did check both the form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It seems to be configured correctly and you should not have any issue in receiving submission emails to email@example.com.
I did check our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please take a look at few logs mentioned below:

I am not sure if the email are are going to your spam folder, please check there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list JotForm domains. Please be noted that you can also use you own email address to send submission emails. You can add custom sender email in your account. The following guides should help you:
