Downgrade from Premium to Starter plan

    I wish to downgrade my subscription from Premium to Starter, however, I consistently get an error message or I am redirected to a Bluesnap webpage. I am only able to delete or disable credit cards in the Bluesnap account but am unable to downgrade. I love JotForm and intend to continue using your product, but for the time being need to downgrade. What a shame that this aspect is so poorly implemented.
