Sometimes when loaded the fields are poorly widespread not in accordance with their structure. This get solved in trying to reload but unfortunately my clients don't know this.

We saw that as well. The Amazon Cloudfront (CDN we use to speed up forms and jotform site) has been flaky today. Giving errors on some files time to time. We have switched to MaxCDN temporarily but there might be caches. You can try re-saving your form to clear the caches if the problem continues.
