Track the number of times a list option is chosen in reporting format

I want to track the number of times a list option is chosen by each form user. for example if user one checks option 1-3-5 and user two 2-3-6 I want to export this information to a table with each chosen option in a column and user information in a row showing x under each selection I could now total how many times each option has been selected is there a way of doing this or anything like it?

Using the check-box widget the selected choices are all in one box in one field column.

The closest thing that we have is a Visual Report builder tool. This is possible to get the Pie, Bar and Line charts in the visual report format.

Unfortunately, the widget fields are not supported in that Visual Report tool. You can use our native controls to be able to create mentioned charts.
