Some forms were in trash folder?

Asked by hossen52 on December 23, 2014 at 05:43 PM

How would some of my clients contact forms end up in the trash? I was at a client today and was pretty embarrassed when the contact form came back as disabled!!!

I found it and several others in the trash!

    Hi,

The only way for the forms to be in the Trash folder in your My Forms page is when the form/s were deleted. Deleting the form is a manual action.

Have you perhaps have unintentionally have deleted the form?

You can restore them also from the Trash folder

Please inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.
