    Hi,

I suggest reviewing the JotForm Privacy Policy and JotForm Terms of Use to have a clear understanding with regards to copyrights and being banned issue.

If my understanding of your current concern is correct, if that movie you wanted to use have its own copyright claims, it will not be JotForm who will be liable for any copyright violation, but you instead.

But JotForm will also have the right to ban your account if we identified that it has copyright infringement issues.

Hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
