Messages leaves in the forms not noticed on my email account.

Do you mean, you're not getting any email at all when those forms are filled up?
It's possible it goes to a spam/junk folder or the setting in Email Alerts was changed to something other than your email address.

Can you tell us on exactly which form you have this problem? When was the last time you received the emails?

I have checked our return emails, and the problem is your email provider block us to send email to your address.
The following message to <email@example.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Sorry, message looks like SPAM to me'
Could you please add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your whitelist ?
