    Why am i still being charged?

    Hello MousepadDirect,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you cancelled your premium monthly subscription on October 2, 2014 but upgraded your account again on October 22, 2014 with subscription #S-2GJ148356F2419209.

    Please go ahead and cancel your subscription through your own paypal account. Here are the steps to cancel your subscription :

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    3. Click on the subscription #S-2GJ148356F2419209

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
