    Hello Ricky,

Thank you for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion regarding your concern. Are you referring to customizing the email notification that you will receive when a user submits a form? If so, let me show you how to modify it:

    1. From your Form Builder, click Settings from the orange navigation bar and click Emails.
    2. Hover your mouse over to either Notification Email(Email you receive after user submits a form) or Autoresponder Email(Email received by the user after submitting the form) and click the Pen Icon to modify it.
    3. After you completed your modification, click Save from the bottom and that's it.

See our article about What is Autoresponder Email and Notification Email for more information.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Ricky,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, that feature is only available for card forms, where you can simply add the email element and toggle the "Use verification code" checkbox. Additionally, the email content is not currently customizable. But if you're using a classic form, I recommend using the E-mail Validator widget. You can edit the email content using this widget.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
