You can decide how long you would like the counter to last, as well as what you would like the widget to do when time runs out — you can prevent the form from being submitted before the time is up, or automatically submit the form as soon as the time runs out.

If your goal is to know how long it takes people to fill out the form, you can add the Timer Widget.
