Please try using the iFrame version. Copy the source code from iFrame and paste it on the HTML area.

The iFrame (and embed other codes) is found in the Embed Form Wizard. Load the form in the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click the Embed Form button.

What's actually better to use - Javascript or Iframes? In terms of cross browser support, speed, issues etc.

    Hi vesperblack,

Good question! There is actually very little difference between javscript and iframe embed codes in terms of speed. Most of the time, the deciding factor is actually your website editor's capability to read and translate certain HTML tags. There are some website editors that do not like to see the <script> tag. But based on our experience, if a JotForm user reports some issues with JotForm like layout issues, functionality issues, compatibility with other scripts, we usually ask them to try and use the Iframe embed code and it works for a good majority of them. So for me, Iframe embed code solves a lot of these issues and therefore is a better option than the javascript embed code.

Hope this insight will be helpful for you. Enjoy using JotForm!

    Cheers,
    Allan
