How do I edit Welcome Page?

Hello,

I imported an associates questionnaire form to edit as my own. I did the editing and published, but when I sent the link in Facebook messenger, it is showing her picture and front page with the link. That is my form number but her Picture and front page sent. Our actual questionnaire is identical so I do not know where to go to change this. How do I change this?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the thumbnail in a Classic Form layout. Alternative workaround is to change your form to Card Form layout and add your image. Once the changes has been made, revert it back to Classic Form. Check out my screencast to see my result:

1. In your Form Builder, go to your Form Designer and select layout tab.
2. Click Card Form. Then, go to welcome page.
3. Remove Jotform Logo and upload your Logo.
4. Go back to Classic Form Layout.

I guess my problem is not with the welcome page - as i followed the above directions and when I send copy my link( i even created a new form ending in 6154) into Facebook messenger my link shows up, but the picture and background of the artist who's form I copied, also gets sent with my link. I see in Form Setting under Page Title she has the below listed, but I do not see where she has connected the picture to the HTML page. I do need this removed. Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us. I received an update with our Suppport team. It seems that this was cloned form from another account. The image was link to the owner of the form profile images. When cloning a form it will copy all the field and link of the orignal form. See screencast below:

I have use this link to scrape the preview link and found out the reason why we can't change it. However, we have other option which is to use another tools like squarespace to change the preview link to your own image. Please check out this youtube link.
