I have locked my account and I have a new email

    I need access to the account unfortunately I do not have the email anymore.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address and the account tied to it seems to be in good standing. If you got a 'login attempt limit exceeded' message, I flushed your login attempts so you can try logging in again. If you're still unable to log in, what particular error message are you getting when trying to log in?
