    How about "quiz" forms?

Asked by EHSForms on October 03, 2011 at 05:06 PM
What we are looking for is having form takers retake a form if they don't answers all the questions as we want. Or, like in the case of "required" form questions, how about not letting them send if the answers are not correct or what we want them to be? We use these for Safety Trainings and a grade is not needed but a record of 100% complete is needed.

Yeah, after I submitted the question I thought about it. I got it to work how I need to. It was simple I just "Hide" the next question untill the 1s question is answered correctly and hide the submit till they are all done. Thanks
