Email Notification: Intermittenly showing blank details

    This issue been on and off for few months, my submitted forms come to my inbox of Outlook. When they arrive I can see everything, all the fields, text, etc, all good. Not exactly sure of exact timing, but seems like a day or two later I open the same email in Outlook, and its totally blank. Absolutely nothing, like a blank page. I go back to my inbox on my Jotform dashboard, and everything is there. I dont think its an Outlook problem, every other email is fine but I did check filters, etc and nothing new there. Any suggestions?

    The most common fix if you are having issues with the Emails generated by your form is to delete the existing one and add a new one right after. Below are the guides that will help you and provide more explanation:

    I cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions and this fixed glitches as well. You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache

    Is this happening on a specific form only or on multiple forms on your account? When I checked the Jotform account that you used to open this support ticket, I saw multiple forms. Can you share with us the URL of the form involved? Here is your guide on Where to Find My Form URL.
