    Zoho CRM integration: Unable to recieve data on specific field

    Hi guys, I'm trying to make the integration with ZOHO. All fields that I have in my form are received by ZOHO correctly, but the field (order purchase) data are not received, it shows empty.. how can get this data ?

    I can see that you're log in as a guest account, can you please log in using  your JotForm account so we can assist you properly. I checked your email in our database and I saw an account that has a lot of forms.

    Is this the form that you're working with? http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43587777183976. If not, please share the correct form URL or form ID.

    As I understand, you were able to integrate Zoho CRM and map the fields properly. The problem is that the "Order Purchase" field in Zoho CRM is blank. Am I right?

    Please try to reintegrate Zoho CRM on your form using these steps:

    1. Removed the integration in your form.

    2. Clear the Form cache.

    3. Log out from JotForm.

    4. Clear your web browser's cache.

    5. Close and reopen the browser.

    6. Log in to JotForm.

    7. Reintegrate Zoho CRM

    8. Please test if it works.
