Account not upgraded after making payment

    when i put in my user name (email) and password after I select the monthly payment, the window freezes every time, or at least does not allow me to move on,

    I used Chrome browser and it worked this time and not Mozilla

    We are glad that you were able to upgrade using Chrome. However, I see an upgrade of Premium monthly subscription with this email but it is not linked with any JotForm account. Do you want to upgrade the account jeromeb123 which is registered with this email ID? Please confirm so that we'll link this account with this upgrade.

    We will wait for your response. By the way, are there any addons installed on Mozilla browser?
