I upgraded to monthly Premium membership, but my jot form account has been disabled because I have gone over the quota for the starter membership.

    Why has my account been disabled? I paid to upgrade, and we need to have jot form running on our website asap.

    I couldn't find any active subscription on your 'msaosu' account. I also see a cancellation of your subscription last 5 days ago. Can you provide us any subscription information which we can set to correct to your account?
