weebly and jotform interference

[i am copying you on an email to Weebly. the problem appears to be with BOTH of you. let's see who has the better customer support team!]

thank you for the tutorials, but i started building websites with Notepad. i'm well-versed in how to code, and that's what drew me to Weebly.

we're going to start with one problem at a time:
    JOTFORM integration

    website: christine-ink.com

in the editor, on the Contact page, see the footer looks normal:

    Inline image 1 Screenshot 10

    but on the actual site:

Every page on this website that has a FORM, has a screwed up Footer. I've deduced that Weebly doesn't like 2 forms, or Jotform doesn't like 2 forms on one page.

    NOW:
i created a test site, uncustomized, so that we can actually talk about this without you dismissing me for breaking a customization law:

    site: http://weeblyletstalk.weebly.com/

in the editor you'll see that i have inserted the code for a Facebook Feed. next to it is an iFrame code for a Jotform widget.

on the LIVE site, the Facebook feed shows, but the Jotform only shows the first field.

now i go back into weebly to see if i can fix anything, and the Facebook feed is hiding:

the BIG ISSUE is that this just started happening a few months ago. I ignored it at first, thinking it was a bug that would work itself out.

this is happening on ALL of my websites; they're all in varying stages of customization (or not), and all have different types of HTML embed codes.

it is now a BIG problem, and can't be ignored.

    SOLUTIONS:
i can fix the Jotform by using their script code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/43485123615150"></script>

but, my understanding is that only the iFrame code will work from a phone.

i am sending this email to Jotform, as well, to see if we can work together to find a solution.

    Thank you,
    Waking Girl

    Hi Christine,

Unfortunately the images sent by email are not shown on our forum, you would need to do that by going to this thread and then add them into your response.

Failing to see the images I can not deduct much what is happening since both jotforms seem to be shown on your website.

Now, do note that I do not know how your website should usually look, but the footer does not seem to be broken for me on FireFox. If you upload the screenshots we will be able to better understand the issue.

Now in regards to having several jotforms on one page. This is OK and should work properly for you. Just in case, I would always suggest using our iframe embed method as it is not affected by other js on your website and is better with mobile devices.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Ben--

Thanks for the responses. Looks like we've got OTHER issues now!

    Not getting emails to christine@christine-ink.com

Is this address on the bounce list again?

    Thank you

    Gertie

    Hi Gertie,

I am glad to hear that the issue is resolved.

Since we can only provide support for one issue per thread I have opened a new thread for you here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/484199 which we will be answering shortly.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
