fresh new chunk of junk on autoreply emails, suddenly

The autoreply email that's going out when users fill out one of my forms has a fresh new chunk of junk on it.

It says, "If you'd like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails, click here."   This is NOT text I added myself.  And if that weren't enough, "click here" is a graphic that must be downloaded by the user, or it shows up as a image missing box?  Which really looks crap.

I don't want this crapola on my outgoing mails sent to users.  It's also showing up on the notification emails I send myself, which is particularly nonsensical (unsubscribe myself from my own notification emails??), but not really a problem.

I don't want it on my outgoing emails sent to users.  Just . . . no.  It looks like crap.

Meanwhile, the link doesn't really go anywhere anyway.  It doesn't send me any information.  (This I know because I tested the situation via filling out my own form with one of my own email addresses.)  It's really quite useless.

    Fix, oh please, jotform?
