Fill out Form and Save to Edit Months LaterAsked by Staci on December 28, 2014 at 01:58 PM
I am a wedding business owner. Brides fill out a questionnaire for each service they book with us. I need the brides to be able to fill in 5 things on the questionnaire then return to it 3 months later, fill in 5 more things, then return to it a month later + complete it (for example), AND I need all of the connected employees (the videographer must be able to see the bride's videography questionnaire) to have access to see the info that gets input as the process goes along.
I read this article:
Will this accomplish what I need? Would my employees have access using this method? I'm using WordPress.
I also read:
Will this work for a non-thank you page...like a dashboard page or something (a page that any of us can link to + see that client's form data)?
JotForm has sooooo many features I want to incorporate into my wedding questionnaires (drag + drop, reordering, signature, status bar).....so hoping to figure out how to set it up correctly!
The how to save form and continue later method, is for person who are filling out the form, without submitting it and would like to complete it at another time.
If you would like for the information to be submitted and then edited/updated at a later date. The best option would be to provide your users with an edit link.
You can read how to do that in this guide: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date
Your question regarding posting the data to a different page has been moved to a new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/483073
It will be addressed there.
