we found some of our customer reply us that the email is empty

    Dear Sir,


    We found that the the customer receive the email from jotform, is empty, why would it happen and how to aviod this? thanks for your great help.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    You seems to be a sub user account. Please let us know the form ID or the form Name with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look. I also checked your master user account to find out last edited form but there are several forms which were last edited between yesterday and today.

    We will wait for your response.
