How do i change my submission form logo? it asking my FB details? help please?

Hi Evadan,

It appears that the form was created under a guest account which does not have any logins. If you wish to manage the form and submissions please register for a free account.

Once you get to jotform.com you should see something like this on the left side:

Just create an account and use the email address associated with the form. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
