Account: Rebranding to a different organization name.

We are rebranding the firm from Law Office of David Gutierrez, APC to Car Crash Counselors, APC. and we would like our jotform links to reflect the change.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you are rebranding and would like the change to reflect in your Jotform account. Unfortunately, the process is not automatic. You will need to go to your Account Settings and then change your organization name and logo.

Also, for your already created forms, you will need to update the logo attached to them as well. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Edit Welcome Page at the top part of the form.
2. Click on the Logo and then select Remove Image at the right side menu.
3. Click on Upload File and then choose your new logo.

How can I change the Username?

Hi David_Gutierrez,

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. Changing the username of paid accounts should be requested from us. Please provide at least three usernames in order or preference, there should be no spaces and special characters. The one special character our system accepts is the underscore '_'.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thank you for providing the usernames. I successfully changed your username to CarCrashCounselors. Please refresh the page or try logging out and logging in back to see the changes we have made.

I just want to inform you as well, that if you made a custom form URL, you would need to update it since the custom form URL that you have before has the old username which means the custom form URL might not work. Here is the guide for you to Custom the form URL again.
