The very first column with the row description. I was able to hide it but it still comes up with the submission when I look at the pdf.

Hi Kate,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we can't hide a column in Input Table in the PDF. Instead of that, you can use the Matrix Dynamique widget. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for Matrix Dynamique.
3. Drag and drop the Matrix Dynamique widget into your form.
4. Enter Column header names and set the widths.
In the end, the Matrix Dynamique widget in the PDF will look like this:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
