Cash app and Debit Card Registration Payment

I have scheduled a workshop for Sat. Feb 4. I use a bit.ly to shorten the registration link. According to bit.ly/InstillChildSelf-esteem 95 people have clicked the link.

One just recently registered tonight and paid. There are no registrations identified at all, including the one that registered tonight. He received no record of his payment!

Cash App says for security reasons they cannot divulge any information regarding payments. I have no doubt that I have had significant registrations that are not showing up! And payments that are not verified.

1. Was the integration of Cash App and jofform successful?
2. Why are no registrations showing?
3. Do you have a way of knowing if payments were made through jotform?

I also checked your Cash App Pay Registration and see that it is connected correctly. To confirm, were the payments taken off from the submissions? Could you please confirm if they were able to see the Thank You Page upon submission?
