We're not able to access our previous forms

    Good afternoon

    We are not able to access any 2022 form which have insurance certificates attached.

    Please assist urgently.

    Hi Wilhelmina,

    Thanks for using Jotform Support. When I checked your form, I realized that you have only one form from 2022. Did you check your Trash folder? If you deleted your forms, you can easily restore your forms from the Trash. It's really easy. Let me show you how to restore your forms:

    1. On your My Forms, click on the Trash icon on the left side of the page.
    2. Select the forms you want to restore.
    3. Click on the Restore button at the top of the forms.

    We'd like to remind you, your deleted forms and any submissions for those forms will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If the problem persists after trying these steps, please contact us again.

    Also, I see your last invoice number on your question but can you explain a bit more about it, so we can help you better?
