Are responses to forms anonymous or is there a way to set the form up to make sure that they are?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. for your request there are two options. First, you can ask for personal details in your form like Name, Email, or Instagram. And make the field as *required field. You can follow this screenshot below:

The second option, you can track the submission IP. The IP address is captured for each submission by default and can be displayed in your submissions. If the IP address is not displayed by default in the submissions view, you may check the option in the submission settings. Please see This guide will show you how to do this.
